Also, we all know LD is a flat that SF is promoting as a coaster for marketing purposes. I don't care if they call it the world's largest ice cream cone, it's still an oversized Ring of Fire. It's a cheap, value addition just to give the park something before our next major addition. That made me laugh a little. It will forever be the world's largest ice cream cone to me now ;-)

Honestly? I'd be happy if they did nothing big next year (a flat)...but instead took the time and money to repair the existing park. GA's parking lot is atrocious, the once cute water tower is such an eyesore...they could do to fix the sidewalks in some areas. Maybe revamp the Great Lake Bandstand and have a show again (either at night like fireworks or what they did for that movie...Camelot or a stunt show during the day). If love to see the Batman stunt show back (even if it wasn't all about Batman). It's really the little things that need to be done. Why keep adding bigger, more expensive rise when the main infrastructure needs some TLC? I want a nice new coaster to go in Old Country/Movie town area...but I think they need to address some other issues first.

Anyone know of a phone number to actually get through to someone who handles season passes? I have a question, and I tired calling 4 times today only to get a voice-mail box each time. I called 732-928-2000 and I believe it was option #3.

GASM. And I ended up crying the whole time as I was in such pain. A huge Jersey gnat flew in my eye on the first loop and got stuck under my contact lens. Couldn't even enjoy the ride. So I ended up getting back in line with my Dad and riding it again after I took out my contacts and out my glasses on ;-)

Maybe we need two cars for a dragon head and tail?

Oh, I would have LOVED the Holidays in the Park! I can remember going through the light show...then going to the front of the park where they had a few things set up.

I believe it is going on the Golden Kingdom on party of Rolling Thunder's footprint.

I'm really curious about this. There seems to be a lot of...anger...over the fact of what SFGA is getting/not getting. I'm curious to know why. Right now a lot of us sound like when my kids are fighting, "But he got a bigger piece of cake than me! It's not fair!" :-P I'm upset that there was no mention of Namtab...which was something I was really really looking forward to. Also a bit ticked that SF insists that the Looping Dragon is a coaster, when I think it needs to be labeled as a flat ride. Overall, for me, it is what it is. We need a flat (a few more would be nice as well), so I'm not too upset about the LD even though I won't be riding it. The grill at HH will be a nice addition IF the dining pass will be allowed there. Don't care about the cabanas. The Fright Fest additions will be nice as well, just hoping they aren't up charge attractions. Fingers crossed that 2016 is GA's year for a new big coaster.

So...then what did the backwards 1993 stand for?

So...for all of you...what is the issue? Is it the fact that we aren't getting a super thrill ride or a huge new coaster? Or is it something else? For me, I really wanted backwards Batman. More than I want to admit lol But what really gets me a bit annoyed-even if the manufacturers of the ride call it a coaster...it is by far NOT a roller coaster and shouldn't be marketed as such.

Can you do this if you have the pmt plan for 2014 passes already? And I read somewhere else that if you set up the pmt plans, that you are automatically "purchasing" a pass for the next year once the passes come out/are paid for? Eh, I'm going to have to call them tomorrow.

My reasoning is completely selfish. I'm a big coaster rider. I've only ever gotten sick riding two rides, and they were both at my local carnival. One was the Gravitron http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravitron, and the other being The Ring of Fire. So sadly for me, if GA gets the Super Looper ride...I'll miss out riding it. ;-)
