  1. Must be really hard to keep that a secret. I know if I knew what it was I would be wishing I could tell someone.
  2. I actually think El Toro is less bumpy than it was last year. I feel like this year there are more bumpy parts than last year but they are less intense, I feel last year there were some really noticeable bumps, but this year it is just a little shaky at times.

Went to the park today as my first trip of the season (usually I would have gone to the park at least 5 times by now but this year I have been more busy than usual) and was not crowded at all, but it was very hot so most people probably decided to go to Hurricane Harbor. I arrived at about 10:15 and went in and headed for Zumanjaro. I got right on and there was no wait at all and I got to re ride it as well. We were going to go on Kingda ka but it was closed, plus the line looked long anyway. We then went to El Toro which had a one train wait. Was great as always. Then we went on Bizarro which we walked right on front row, no surprise there. They should have had the mist on for a hot day like today but they didn't. Can anyone confirm if it had worked at all this year? We went on the safari and had a great time. The longest line of the day was the log flume which we waited about 20 minutes for. After this we took the sky ride over (with no wait) and went on skull mountain which as well had no wait. We were all hungry so we decided to get lunch after this. Next we headed to TDK and just as we walked in line the doors closed so we had to wait for them to open it again. When we got in and after the pre show was over a lot of people in line started clapping, I had never seen anyone do that before. I went on BTR backwards next and it wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be. It banged my head around a little and ifelt dizzy afterwards. I love the ride in general but backwards not so much. We then waited about 15 minutes for Nitro. To end the day we went on Superman which had no wait surprisingly. We went over to KK but it was closed, we waited about 10 minutes but it never opened so we left. Also, El Diablo was closed for the entire day. Ride Count: Zumanjaro 2x El Toro 1x Nitro 1x Superman 1x BTR 1x TDK 1x Skull Mountain 1x Log Flume 1x Bizarro 1x Safari 1x Skyway 1x
  4. Well then we can use other examples. Cedar Point has no dead ends as well. It is a circle (but then again it is an island so maybe a bad example). From what I remember Hershey Park doesn't have many dead ends. I believe they may have one or two, but not as bad a Great Adventure.
  5. What did the guys look like? Were they young, old, how were they dressed, tone of voice? I can't really tell if maybe you were overreacting just because of some of the things that go on in the world today or if they actually seemed as if they wanted to harm you.
  6. I saw it regular but my friends saw it regular and 3D and said that the 3D didn't really make the movie any better or worse.
  7. I saw the movie last night and I loved it! Definitely better than 2 and , but I don't think I would call it better than the original. I really liked how they added lots of comic relief compared to the other films, because I am a fan of comedies. Although they were still able to keep a majority of the movie suspenseful and action filled like it was meant to be. Overall just a really great movie.
  8. I was suppose to go tomorrow night but it turns out I have work. I'll probably end up going on Sunday.
  9. If the park gets a new coaster it needs to be unique, something that other parks don't have or that only a few have done already. SFGadv coasters are beginning to be outdated and none of them are really original, unique, or special anymore. Let's break it down a bit. Nitro - multiple coasters at other parks share a very similar layout (Apollo's Chariot, Diamondback,), just to name a couple. Superman - Multiple other parks have exact replicas Batman - same as superman Green Lantern - actually now that Mantis is floorless this one is actually quote unique. Kingda Ka - nothing to say about this, it is unique and special El Toro - this is the most unique and original coaster in the park as no other coasters have a layout like this Bizarro - Scream is a mirror image of it, and TDK at SFNE is very similar. TDK - other Six Flags park has a replica El Diablo - multiple other parks received this type of coaster Just trying to make a point that I would really like to see an original coaster at the park, one that hasn't been done anywhere else and doesn't copy the layout of another coaster.
  10. How are you guys getting the survey? I know back when the park got Sky Screamer, when they redid the Safari and also for Zumanjaro I got a survey for those years, but after that I haven't gotten anything.
  11. I still have not been to the park either. Its pretty weird because I usually go 10-15 times a year. I've just been so busy with school and baseball that I never have the time to go, and it surely doesn't help that I don't have my license yet so I can never just go when I want to.
  12. Action Park is the best water park I have ever been to. i liked Camel beach when I went like 4 years ago, but definitely didn't compare to the wild things at Action Park.
  13. I said this over a year ago on these forums: "You know, I think it would be cool if they made a coaster on the lake where they had the fireworks, and I mean the entire coaster on the lake. although that's impossible, just a dream wish that would never happen." My "dream" is getting closer to coming true. Of course I doubt we would see a coaster go over the lake, maybe a little but the entire thing is probably a bit too difficult to do.
  14. I think it is a good chance they knock it down and I think it would be a good idea in my opinion. They don't maintain it well so there is no reason to keep it.

Yeah I haven't been to the park yet this year either. Well on saturdays I have baseball games and well sunday, i don't know I guess I just haven't been in the mood to go (strange to say). Anyway its nice to see that the lines weren't too bad with all the things going on that day.
  16. We got GL in 2011. And yes it counts because it is new to the park, maybe not new to the world but a very tiny portion of people who rode green lantern probably also rode it as chang. Either way, we are due for a new coaster.
  17. Someone in the forums where the pics came from said it's for the wingrider at Huayi Brothers Movie Park in China.
  18. I would prefer great adventure to get a coaster of high capacity so I wouldn't want a 4D.
  19. The lights on the ride definitely look cool. Can't wait to see it at night.
  20. Can you use the bring a friend free/for 14.99 coupons at other six flags parks? Edit: Never mind I see that it says you can't.
  21. So they have completed building the ride, but it won't open for over a month. Anyway, now that I have actually seen pictures of it completed it looks even lamer than I thought.
  22. I have been saying this since 2013. The station goes there and the rest of the coaster goes over the lake. That would be awesome.
  23. So they did consider putting the solar panels in the parking lot, it's a shame that didn't work out cause it is a good idea. As for cutting the trees, I don't think cutting them down would be too much of an issue but the animals habitats that are ruined would, as they mentioned in the article.
  24. This is awesome. I think it is really cool they are doing this and even better that rides will be open.
