GAcoaster
Hopefully this year will be the year for the Carousel rehab to FINALLY be completed. The figures are already in need of new paint and the building REALLY needs fresh paint!
29yrswithaGApass
Several key features were removed this season including the antique engine and the decorative horseshoe animal plaques. The Carousel looks stripped without these. Hopefully we will see these and so many of the former details reinstalled and the Carousel will be restored to it's former glory. Railer
The work on this not being completed when the 3yr. restoration was announced, really annoyed me. I assume it was lack of fund's. I hope the removal of the Engine was for a restoration project, something to "tinker" with when the Dept. had extra time. I just think it should be the classic centerpiece it was. 29yrswithaGApass
It would be WONDERFUL if they re-added the onion dome to the top of the Carousel canopy. It looked so impressive with that on top of the roof.
RobertDavid
I wish they would actually make the roof look like an ice cream sundae like the Yum Yum Palace. It seems like that is what they were originally going for, but never completed. Th current roof looks really out of place amid the ice cream posts and nearby Yum Yum Palace. Daved Thomson
I'm another person in agreement here, the original onion/ice cream scoop on the top of the carousel really needs to be brought back.
ShoreNCoasters
I think Six Flags should somewhat build a Yum Yum Palace theme over The Enchanted Tea Cups, to stay in the theme. It would be difficult, but would at least stay in the theme. The overhang now is too generic.
