Coaster Justin
I'm gonna say false. It would probably be a nightmare to clean the walkways if stuff spills.
29yrswithaGApass
ANSWER: True! Great Adventure's owners originally planned to have the walkways comprised of mulch and wood chips to keep the feel of a forest (as in Enchanted Forest). This also was most likely proposed as a cost savings initative. In the end, the idea was voted down by the planning board for fear of drainage and silting issues. Each of the items listed refers to something in Great Adventure's history (Rolling THUNDER, LIGHTNIN' Loops, RAINBOW logo, etc). Put these in chronological order. GAcoaster
RCDB is wrong. The coaster was called the Screamer from when it was added in 1976 until Rolling Thunder was added in 1979. We sent in a correction and Duane updated the manufacturer but not the dates and name.
