The correct answer was D! I would assume the jump in membership came from the park's push to share its animal education program in the local schools. Confirmation of the number can be found on a new pamphlet about a special Safari Club Weekend that I just added to the Great Safari Club spotlight. It is a mystery why the program was discontinued.
