Yoshi
Hopefully the forecast next week is correct and it will get into the low 50's for at least a couple of days to help melt some of the snow.
robertleax
I don't remember the last time I saw mainly grass in my yard. Wanted to throw down some fertilizer on the yard very early in the season like I usually do. Could not do that this year at all.
29yrswithaGApass
Time to change the clocks tonight. Time for it to stay lighter later!
The Master
I don't remember the last time I saw mainly grass in my yard. Wanted to throw down some fertilizer on the yard very early in the season like I usually do. Could not do that this year at all. It has been a long since I last seen grass. At least two months by now. Probably will take all of next week to melt all this snow and the ground to thaw out. Then it will be a muddy mess for weeks after all this snow melt. 29yrswithaGApass
I got a new kitten in September and tomorrow I am following Bob Barker/Drew Carey's advice and having her spayed or neutered (actually just spayed). It's as if she knows something is going on, She keeps staring at me with a "sup?" look on her face!
29yrswithaGApass
There is still some left but today's high temps kicked the crap out of the snow piles! I finally can see parts of my lawn again.
KK456
^I forgot what the color green looked like on the ground haha. Finally winter is over!
robertleax
Might be able to fertilize my yard this weekend after the rain we are supposed to get on Saturday.
The Master
All the snow has been replaced with super soft mud, I am not sure if it is an improvement.
The Master
Great, more snow Friday. I was hoping we were done with that stuff by now.
jdc12192
It's saying only 1-3 inches for me plus rain, so hopefully it'll get washed away. If not Saturday will probably melt it since it'll be warmer out.
robertleax
Got my fertilizer down Tuesday night... Just before the next batch of wets snow
The Master
Now they are saying 3 to 5 inches. That much snow will take all weekend to melt. I won't be surprised if there is another snow storm after this one this spring. Edited March 19, 2015 by The Master
KK456
5-8 inches for me, hopefully we will get a half day at school. I am NOT shoveling that though . I'll let nature do it this time haha Enough is enough. Spring cant come soon enough. We got a little taste of warmth, but now the cold is back
RC98
3-6 inches for me, plus a call home saying to expect an early dismissal! Hopefully it melts fast and then we can move on to warm weather!
The Master
Sure doesn't seem like spring. Probably won't get nice weather until May. Now I will be concerned that any calls for rain a week away will turn into snow by that day, that is pretty much what happened with the past two snow storms. GAcoaster
Here in Florida it went right to summer. It's running 10 degrees above average with highs near 90 each day...
The Master
It has been running well below normal up here in the northeast, and no sign of a big warmup anytime soon. High was only 35 and I got 6 inches of snow, more than they predicted. Seems like the pattern over the last two years has been the western half of the country is running above normal while most of the eastern half is running below normal. SFGadv123
More snow is possible this weekend. Obviously it is far away and anything can happen, but just shows that spring still isn't in sight yet.
The Master
The weatherman on 6ABC said that on this date back in 2012, the temp was 80.
KK456
It looks like it will rain on opening day, and most of late next week. Hopefully that phenomenon occurs where it rains everywhere around NJ but Six Flags! (the Bubble Effect)

29yrswithaGApass
In just a couple of weeks I'll be Europe bound. I am going to be able to check off Italy as another one of EPCOT's World Showcase countries that I have visited. After that, I only have to go to Morocco and I will have hit them all. I can't picture myself going to Morocco.
