Hey it sure is good to be back. Had some personal issues to take care of and as always those have to take precedent over everything else. I see a lot has happened on the site since I last talked to some of you and I look back to getting into the swing of things with you all. Hope everyone is doing well still.

I've done it at night a couple times. The last time we went on it was us and a couple we happened to meet while waiting on line for the ride, and it is just an amazing ride at night. The poor woman who was with us seemed almost like frightened when she was done and we felt kind of bad, but it just goes to show you Nitro hasn't lost a step since we've had it.

Much progress in the park since then... and so much of it good.

It really was a nicely themed area as a whole. Of course this was before the Batman series went from dark and eery to bright neons and goofy oversized backgrounds. It definately related more to the original Batman which made it that much more awesome.

Yes so are we looking at a rematch Patriots vs Packers? I think so Giants can't keep this up for long.

I give you a ton of credit because I am sure you had much better things to be doing than having to work through problems with the website. As I have said before I give you guys a ton of credit because it can't be easy juggling everything else you do outside of this, and then spending as much time as you do putting spotlights together and generally maintaining the site and it is much appreciated. I hope you guys have a great weekend as I'm getting away from things for a short respite and a bit of relaxation for a few days, so I will talk to you all next week some time. Be Well .

Well with two more HitP events taking place then yes I would agree with you that one would assume the numbers would be higher (I was unaware of those expansions for 2007). First years events can also suffer a bit from inexposure in their new markets and such so I would be willing to see next year how things shape up with the second year of those new events in place. The season pass sales being up was an interesting scenario, but they really did push them this year with sales, discounts, and the advertising during Fright Fest this season, so it's not all that surprising. I am still interested to see the investor presentations for 2008 as the ones for 2007 were pretty far reaching but they seem to have done a decent job with their goals.

Well then thank you very much Tom for all of your hard work. That' pretty funny this exact week last year the girlfriend and I were vacationing down in Walt Disney World from thr 8th through the 13th. I can't believe it is already a year since then, but Disney is definately a fun time. I hope you are thoroughly enjoying yourself.

That's awesome. Don't you love how that happens. Sometimes all it takes is one shot, and other times it's like you can't get it even close. I have easily watched more than one friend spend more money trying to win something, than it would have cost him just to buy the thing in a store or gift shop. That is when you know someone is getting a little too obsessed but it can be comical when things work out the way they did for you.

I'm glad you guys were able to get the site back up and running this afternoon. I was quite confused for a moment when I typed in the address and found it asking me to enter a network ID and password haha. Always fun times I can imagine when you have to run an entire website the size that this one is.

Frog Bog is probably my all time favorite game. Whenever we are down the shore I will rarely play games but I always search out the Frog Bog game for at least a couple of plays. For me it's usually a guaranteed win for me in some manner. Other than that the only ones I have ever had much success with the ring toss. Now and then I get on a hot streak in that game and it's great. Pretty much anything else I stay away from because once I start I have a hard time giving up until I have won at least something no matter how small. I do the same thing with the season pass coupons. When I spend some time in the boardwalk I will use the coupons in my season pass to get me some extra plays or some sort of discount. If they are gonna get my money for nothing I might as well stretch it right lol. I do have to say though that I sometimes get jealous of the poeple who walk around the park with like bags full of the prizes from the stands, while I have like a little dolphin the size of my hand. My brother is the perfect example there. Him and his friends are notorious for winning those basketball games where you make a couple of shots and win like a $300 Jersey for a whopping 10 bucks a pop.

Wow, I've never even been there and those photos are pretty depressing. It is such a shame what happens to some of these parks once they close down instead of being sold to new management or anything. They are left in such ruins and become a real shell of themselves. Sorry you guys had to lose the park. Especially one whose lifespan was so long.

Good 4th Quarter it sounds like, and glad to see the numbers on the upswing. The company must be doing something right to see this trend especially when one considers how mnay other sectors have been hit with lower than expected figures in their 4th Quarter estimates or reports. Can't wait until they present their presentations for investors this year as it should give us a good idea of what else (besides what we already know) to expect out of the company this coming year.

Coaster Fireworks or Laser Show?

I don't have too much info on it but if you check out the tour of the park 1974 it has a few pictures of the balloon both being blown up in the air. Also if you check out this page, there is an interesting little tidbit listed about the current status of the balloon the park used to operate. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful on the matter.

You guys are freaking awesome. While searching for the answer on the Super Teepee was enjoyable, this is gonna be even better. Had I not had to go to work today I probably would have spent a good portion of the night working on this already. You guys rock.
