Switlik Property
My 8 year old son and I visited the park today. We rode Deja Vu for the first time today and while on line we noticed its "scrambler" name plate. Upon closer inspection we notice it was built on 5/19/69 - today 43 years ago. It should also be noted that there was no music. Although they had a pair of JBL out door speakers set up. I asked the ride attendant and she said they were not finished with the music system and it was still scheduled to be music based. Does anyone have any history on this particular Ride's history? IS it by any chance our own original scrambler? it appear to be the same model by the same manufacturer.
GAcoaster
It's not our original, it came from American Adventures in Georgia (the small FEC that used to operate as part of Six Flags White Water in Atlanta).

Thunderbolt
Where are the light kits for "Deja Vu"? I really think the incandescent lights add so much character to Scrambler rides.
29yrswithaGApass
Oddly, no lights (not even lamp posts) have been installed by DejsVu yet so it's possible we may see lights ON the ride. I am not sure they will be flourescents though as the ride had miniature bulb lights while in Americsn Adventures.
