The junkyard that used to be under Batman, as well as the Gotham cityscape that used to be painted on the construction walls around the outer city park queue which ard now covered up with corrugated metal.

The outside of the old Right Stuff building used to have the fighter jet that is now at GL. Also used to have jet engines on test stands that would fire up every so often.

The outdoor queue for Chiller used to have generator equipment with lava neon tubes.

The cave queues in Skull Mt used to have purple lighting. The station used to have more masks on the walls.

Most of the Bada Bing theming in HH is gone now.

This goes beyond rides, but I miss the thematic music (film scores in Movie Town, pirate-esque songs in the Lakefront). It really did a lot to bring the rides together rather than have them feel like they were randomly placed.
