Let's hope we keep twister for a while. Even though it may not be the most comfortable, it always has a long line and is enjoyable for a lot of people to watch.

Ok but that would happen to someone wearing a hat on any rollercoaster....

I went on Halloween this past Fright Fest. Besides a few young adults and teens, it was mostly dead due to families staying at home trick or treating i would assume. so i wonder if Halloween on a saturday would change anything.

To be honest, I would rather a dark ride before a coaster. For one major reason, a dark ride is guaranteed to be a family ride, something Great Adventure doesn't necessarily lack, but needs after the loss of Rolling Thunder. Based on the rollercoasters Six Fags has been adding to other parks, it is unlikely, but not impossible, that we would get a family rollercoaster.

Plan is to go around 9. It will either be dead because most adults will be trick or treating with their kids. OR it will be packed full of teenagers. Including myself ;D

I hope you guys know that this plan to move Ka is not happening anymore, right? The idea came up a while ago and it fell through...

Why do people feel age matters according to annoyance? If you really want people under age 18 to not be permitted in the park without their parents, then i guess you're gonna lose a bunch of the staff at Great Adventure too.. Oh and me.

Manor is actually very well done this year. Well, when there are scare actors. I normally don't get frightened, but Manor actually got me a few times.

From all of my friends that have gotten the new systems, many prefer the PS4. Even some who had only Xbox360 before that. However my input to you is PC master race

I went the same night. Even though it is one of the shortest mazes, the Manor was my favorite for the night as it had an abundance of actors and i actually jumped three times throughout the maze. Good job Great Adventure.

While i am expecting it to be busy saturday, do you guys believe it will be busy up until midnight? Or do you think crowds will disperse the later the night gets?

We've already had discussions like this, would you rather have them not try at all?

Seeing as though none of the parks announced NAMTAB, it may just come as a later announcement.

^Knowing SFMM's operations, it will duel the first year and never duel again.

I'm all for adding more rides to the park, and I'll admit i have ridden this ride before and they are damn fun, but I'm just upset how they are trying to market it as a coaster AND how we are still lacking a NAMTAB announcement. All the clues hinted towards it..

Also, it helps to remember that Parkitect is still in its Pre-Alpha stage.

I am currently at the park and i can report Zumanjaro is in fact open. Haven't riden yet to see if they changed anything though. Update: just rode in car 2. Did not find any difference done to the restraints to maybe it was just general maintenance.

A new rollercoaster tycoon-esque game is in development. After reading every single post on some forums about the game as well as reading all the information on the website and on the kickstarter, it seems to be like rollercoaster tycoon 2.5, which I for one am very excited about. It also seems that on the forums, the developer willingly takes suggestions to make the game better, which makes me glad to see. In all honesty, I'm not even jealous of Six Flags Magic Mountain. The way their park is maintained compared to ours is on a whole different level of bad. Even though they happen to get new coasters ever other year, those coasters seem unprepared. Our park is much more maintained and i'd rather keep it that way as opposed to getting a roller coaster every year.

^Im sorry to upset you about your opinion but I know many people who do not consider The Dark Knight garbage. The only thing wrong with it that i can see is it being marketed horribly wrong. Other than that, i can argue that it has some of the best theming in the entire park and i always see people riding it. I have to agree with GAcoaster's view on the park. Great Adventure has an amazing lineup of rides already compared to Dorney and Morey's that we don't necessarily need another record breaking attraction.. yet.. These past few year have been nothing but improvements to the park and if we do happen to get a SuperLoop, it will most likely open up the path between Kingda Ka and El Toro again. Unless you guys don't want that. Oh well; you can't please everyone.
