My favorite is still and probably always will be the original Mario Kart for the Super Nintendo which I still have and sometimes play today. Was such a novel concept for it's time and just so enjoyable. You filed your taxes and you feel good. I would have to imagine then that Uncle Sam wasn't too harsh towards you this year which is always a good feeling.

Not necessarily. If you see the line by street performers they list multiple types of things they will be doing, so small shows of sorts may still happen, but the park my simply be encompassing all of the non-major shows into a category like that. Could also be something like last year they listed things like the performer who was supposed to be like the living vine thing (I can't for the life of me remember the official name" and I don't think anyone on any trip to the park actually saw it. So that could also be a way to cover for any performances that do or do not take place on a given day.

I was kind of hoping for a new theme to the dolphin show only because the pirate theme has been around for a few years now, and while it is still a fun show to see overall, a different atmosphere to the show would give it that slightly fresher feel. The dolphins are still awesome though.

The pictures with the old street characters are awesome. Reminds you of the charm the park had back then and what a different level things were on back then. I really find it interesting too that the park had the Marvel character licenses back then and today they have a full 180* going on with the DC character license. Amazing how things change over the years.

It would be kinda cool if they used him to shuttle people through the parking lot from the far spaces and stuff as well as just being in the park.

So does that mean if Wu Tang Clan plays the Northern Star Arena you would go to check out some MEdusa changes?

Harry I think for old times sake you should go and work at GA for the summer. Your vast knowledge of the park could be put to good use as you entertain arriving guests with miscellaneous trivia about the park's history and fun facts they might not know about

I remember this last year at this time. Houdini was a hot topic then because it was still on the map, and then never opened up. Just an interesting little reminder of this time last year. I think the new artwork looks really good, and it's nice to see a somehwat more realistic scale to the park than we have had before. I have actually in the past walked around following the way the map shows you going and saying hey this isn't here just to be a jerk about it.

I think one of the fun things is gonna be on opening day to head over and get any peaks possible at it while riding the runaway train or just walking through the area.

I really used to like the poster sized maps. It was a great way for my first trip of the year to go when arriving at the parking gate to et a giant poster map to navigate with for the day

But with the amount of us who take pictures during our trips, everyone on this site can get a glimpse of probably more days during the season than they would have imagined. Plus each person has their own specific things they visit during their stay, so it's rare if any two of us on here have the same sets of pictures (minus the huge rides we all like to get to). So really the fact that you, I and anyone else takes pictures during their visits just opens the site up to an even wider array of daily experiences in the park.
