29yrswithaGApass
I am not sure if this is a systems glitch, an unwritten rule, or something I just didn't know about but I think you have to use your snack option in the park you first visit that day. Last time we went to Hurricane Harbor we were there for lunch. Later in the day we hopped over to the theme park and attempted to use our snack option but we were told they weren't valid. We thought it might have just been that stand but another guy was kind enough to check it out and told us the same thing. We were able to have dinner at the park later in the day but for some reason the snack was blocked out. On visits to theme park since then everything was OK (snack was avilable) but I haven't tried it again while hopping between parks. Just a heads up! jdc12192
Noticed on a sign today, and not sure if it was mentioned, but the sign said the dining pass is not included with HITP. Not sure if that is for new buyers, or all dinning passes though.
29yrswithaGApass
Yep, although passes are good for admission and parking through the end of Holiday in the Park, the Dining Plan ends at the end of the normal operating season on November 1st. Last year Magic Mountain offered an extension of the plan for a nominal fee after their HITP was announced. I would imagine we will see something similar. Railer
Not sure if this true or not (i'm going to check after i type this) but i may have read it's the same with parking. It's not valid for HITP. I'll do an edit unless someone beats me to it that knows for sure.
29yrswithaGApass
If you download the Six Flags app and scan your season pass it tells you the exact expiration date of everything. For instance mine says admission and parking are good through 01/10/16 and dining expires 11/04/15.
Railer
Thank's, i did not get the app yet. Going to now.

29yrswithaGApass
^Sounds like a good idea, I found out this morning that this is a known tech glitch that the park is working to resolve.
29yrswithaGApass
For your reference, here are all the details of the 2015 Dining Plan:
Yoshi
I didn't know that dinner is now valid until 8:00. I also didn't know there were so many snack choices available since not all are listed on the menu boards like at Best of the West.
Nachos
Is that an actual printed brochure? If so how do I get my hands on one?
29yrswithaGApass
Yes, you can pick one up at the G.A.Cafe by the fountain.
DANofNJ
Sfgadv needs to get panda express on the meal plan like kings island and cedar point did. Dorney added subway, a awesome BBQ joint, and chickie and petes. Wake up sf.
Coaster Justin
I'm so jealous. You guys get 2 Hot Dogs, Chili Cheese Fries, Dippin Dots, Fried Shrimp, Mac & Cheese, Bacon Ranch Fries, Bryers Ice Cream. We don't get any of that stuff. scott
I didn't see this answered asked/answered but does the dining pass work at other parks or only at the park where it was purchased?
Matt Kaiser
It's not supposed to work at any other park. However, some people have been able to use it at other parks, while others have not. Our current theory is that anyone who bought the dining pass in September 2014 is able to use it at all SF parks. (AKA before the Deluxe Plan, when everyone was auto-upgraded)

scott
LOL thanks Dan, I will apply the yes to where I hope it applies but from what Matt said I think I am out of luck. I got my dining passes at the beginning of the season.

joeyc98
I really enjoyed eating at the new Cabana Cove at Hurricane Harbor today. Im glad the dining plan works on most of the items and the Jerk Chicken Sandwhich was extremely good. Plus, i like that the food comes woth potato chips rather than fries like every other restaurant.
