MarioSonic94
What grinds my gears are the people who make ridiculous noises and comments while on simulators, or feel the need to read every word on the screen out loud in a shouted manner! Tell me about it. Just listen to the girls screaming on the Simpsons Ride http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hsMM-KH1TM8
The Master
When it is unusually cold like this week. It should be in the 70s not low 60s! Damn polar vortexes.
MarioSonic94
What really grinds my gears is the current MTV. MTV was great in the '80s when they actually played music instead of crappy reality shows. Not only did reality shows ruined it, the ©rap of today ruined. '80s and early' 90s rap was the best. Know it is the same thing every rap song: Money, girls, cars, fame, and power. The only channel that comes cose to the '80s MTV is VH1 Classic. A better name for MTV today would be EmpTV Edited March 11, 2009 by MarioSonic94
JetsDevs4Lyf
What really grinds my gears is crappy game shows. I like some of the older ones on Gameshow Network and all, but these crappy reincarnations and new "innovative" shows are just all over the place and after a while I really get tired of watching people make 800 attempts to win 1 million dollars. Enough already!

The Master
Here's one I have not thought of in years, the you are too tall chant many kiddie ride ops used to do. I remember when I was a little kid in Bugs Bunny Land if a kid was in line for a ride that he was too tall for the ride ops would sometimes start the the too tall or too big chant. They would start chanting you are too big or too tall over and over and get all the other kids in line to chant as well making the poor too tall kid embarrassed. This never happened to me at Bugs Bunny Land since when I got near the max height restriction for many of the kiddle rides I stopped riding them to avoid being chanted. But When I was 8 at Disney's Blizzard Beach a lifeguard did chanted me on a ride there. But looking back it was a pretty low thing to chant a kid like that no matter how old, tall, or big they are. Any employee who starts a chant like that should have be fired but back then chanting big kids was fairly common in parks. J4Sing
Ya know what really grinds MY gears? Watching a movie with someone who always manages to turn away and miss the good stuff, then want to know what they missed. makes me nuts. MarioSonic94
You know what grinds my gears, movie studios that try to imitate Pixar With the exception of the Shrek movies, name me a good computer animated movie that is not a Pixar movie. It seems that every year we have craptastic movies about paranoid chickens (Chicken Little) and sterotypical Mafia sharks (Shark Tale). Studios should know that going out and buying lots of computers doesn't make you Pixar. Edited March 11, 2009 by MarioSonic94

redsoxfan0810
Wow and what did this 4 hours get you? Half of my lisence test. I go back (for what should be much quicker) for the driving part next week.
JetsDevs4Lyf
Damn that was a long one. I remember taking the written drivers test in school and then spending about 15 minutes for my dirivng test. That seems like a while ago now though since I'm going for my second renewal this year. JetsDevs4Lyf
oh to be of that lovely age again! You know what really grinds my gears though is mid-day road construction. WHy is there a need to do roving pothole repairs on rt 46 in the middle of the morning and afternoon rush hours, when there is absolutely noone on them at night. I understand people don't wanna pay overtime sometimes, but it would just speed the process up so much for everyone involved!
The Master
The local water park schedules, they used to be open weekends for most of Sep and GAdv's HH used to be open every day in June but all of them have cut back their schedules so much in recent years. JetsDevs4Lyf
Essential Personell in NJ. WHy do Casino workers in the state of New Jersey get to continue to work during stoppages such as the budget crisis of a few years ago now, but other state employees such as Judges, Courts, and other parts of our society are forced to stay home and lose money? Ridiculous!!!!!

redsoxfan0810
You know what really grinds my gears? Kids getting themselves killed jumping into the path of roller coaster trains. They just further the GP's misconception on the safety of these rides, which are some of the safest things around.
Great Adventurer
And when people do other stupid things to make them seem unsafe, such as not restraining themselves properly or unbuckling themselves during the ride!

Upallnite
Flash pass has a 86 dollar price for four people listed on the website. When you get to SFGA it is 92 dollars. When I pointed this out and they got the supervisor he told me in a smug tone "Guess you shoulda bought them online then" ......wow Now I can understand it if its easier for them to sell them online so they are cheaper but at least mention it on the webpage that it is cheaper online so that way I would have just bought them then instead of at the park. Yeah, that grinds my gears .
